Period Aesthetic Design
My work in period aesthetic design bridges nostalgia and contemporary sensibility — curating immersive environments that reimagine the character of past eras through texture, color, and form. Each vignette tells a story rooted in time and place, from romantic countryside picnics and mid-century lounges to vintage-inspired celebrations.
Drawing on an evolving collection of antique furnishings, textiles, and found objects, I create compositions that honor historical design while maintaining a sense of play and modernity. Every element — whether a velvet ottoman, patinaed suitcase, or curved coffee table — is intentionally layered to evoke emotional resonance and visual harmony.
My process balances intuitive styling and spatial design, blending soft lighting, curated florals, and handcrafted decor to transport viewers into a world that feels both timeless and cinematic. The goal is to build not just a set or event scene, but a lived-in atmosphere — one that invites connection, nostalgia, and storytelling.
